About the Role
The Plant Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing all engineering, maintenance, and reliability activities within a manufacturing or industrial facility. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of plant equipment, utilities, and infrastructure while driving continuous improvement initiatives that support production, quality, and business objectives

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
5–8+ years of relevant engineering experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience in manufacturing, data center, or mission critical environments preferred.
Strong understanding of server technology, electrical infrastructure, and cooling systems.
Experience with energy efficiency, audits, or optimization preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing or leading teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
