Project Manager

Job description

• Coordinate internal/external resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects
• Daily managing of subcontractors (if needed)
• Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Ability to successfully read blueprints
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Document daily progress and conditions at job site
• Daily communications with our customers
• Planning and executing successful projects
• Work closely with the home office team

REQUIREMENTS

• Authorized to work in US
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
