What We Do

ServiceMac's Project Management Office ("PMO") supports and leads projects across the organization. Projects include, but are not limited to, Loan Servicing Transfers and Technology initiatives. The Project Manager oversees multiple projects, responsible for delivery, including creating project documents, planning, coordinating, and reporting status. Responsibilities also include risk management and issue resolution. Additional duties involve assembling project teams, assigning responsibilities, identifying resources, developing schedules, and coordinating with other projects and work groups.

What You'll Do

1. Independently oversee multiple medium to large scale complex projects.
2. Coordinate project deliverables, plans, and status reports.
3. Identify resources needed and coordinate schedules for timely project completion.
4. Create project plans detailing goals, strategies, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
5. Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional teams.
6. Monitor risks and controls during projects to ensure outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
7. Collaborate with end users, business technologies, and others to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs.
8. Monitor project budgets, including cost estimates and forecasts.
9. Prepare status reports and keep team, management, and clients informed of progress and issues.
10. Perform duties outside normal hours as needed based on business requirements.

What You'll Bring

1. 4-7 years of relevant experience.
2. Mortgage servicing knowledge preferred.
3. CSM (Certified Scrum Master) preferred.
4. ITIL Certification preferred.
5. Knowledge of project management best practices and current technologies.
6. Experience with project management methodologies and techniques.
7. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management.
8. Experience in planning, coordinating, and managing projects in business and technology environments.
9. Experience with risk management and managing multiple or large projects.
10. Experience with project planning and budgeting.
11. Strong facilitation and communication skills.
12. Proficiency with project management tools and documentation.

Salary Range: $75,375 - $125,600 annually

This range is an estimate at the time of posting and is subject to change. Actual compensation will depend on education, experience, and location.
