Job summary

Somnio is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead software projects for international clients. You’ll bridge clients and engineers, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and drive agile ceremonies with the team. Experience with Jira/ClickUp and strong English is required for effective communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software projects.
• English level C1 or higher.
• Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience managing clients directly, ideally international ones.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp or similar).
• Enough technical background to understand what the team is building and talk with engineers.
• Clear, proactive communication, and comfort with difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

About the role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead software projects for our clients. You’ll be the link between the client and the development team, making sure each project is delivered on time, within scope and with the quality we promise.

We’re 100% remote. Our projects are global and involve direct contact with clients, which is why we look for an English level of C1 or higher, and We work on a contractor basis.
