Role & Responsibilities

Develops detailed IT work plans using JIRA/Confluence and Advanced Project Roadmap tools, including schedules, budgets, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

Interfaces with key stakeholders and portfolio managers regarding project statuses.

Provides expertise and an intermediate understanding of IT project leadership principles.

Performs in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

Identifies and manages critical paths and milestones in project schedules.

Identifies risks affecting milestones and implements mitigation strategies.

Understands key technical dependencies and their downstream impacts.

Adheres to Citigroup's service and delivery processes.

Develops dashboards in JIRA and Confluence for transparency and communication.

Persuades and influences stakeholders towards common goals.

Coordinates global virtual teams across multiple time zones.

Prepares and reports status updates, including risk metrics and dashboards.

Considers risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance and ethical standards.

Technical Attributes

Intermediate

Understanding of Data Center IT components such as End User Computing, Network, Storage, and Distributed Systems.

Knowledge of virtual environments, networks, enterprise data centers, databases, storage, and cloud technologies.

Skills with JIRA/Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership.
