Games for Love is seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to establish goals, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the executive team; lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate stakeholders, sponsors, and game developers; monitor budgets and resource allocation.

The role is 100% remote with networking opportunities within a 500+ community, opportunities to make a social impact, and skill development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in project management, preferably in gaming or charitable sectors.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Establish project goals, objectives, and timetables with executive team.
• Create detailed project plans including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Guide cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders, sponsors, and game developers.
• Monitor budgets, track spending, and optimize resource allocation.
• Assign tasks, establish deadlines, and enforce responsibilities within the project team.
• Act as the main point of contact for project communications and stakeholder updates.
• Conduct periodic evaluations to ensure high standards for project delivery.
• Create thorough project reports and archive lessons learned.

Requirements

• Passion for video games and knowledge of the esports scene
