Job summary

The Navy Seabee Foundation is seeking a Project Manager to drive security-focused projects from kickoff to closeout in a hybrid work environment. You will coordinate with field teams and external contractors, maintaining schedule integrity and controlling costs to meet client expectations.

As the primary contact, you will manage relationships with General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, AHJs, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery while maintaining thorough documentation

Qualifications

• Strong communication with clients and contractors.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the project schedule and budget from start to finish.
• Manage client relationships and act as main contact for external stakeholders including General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, and AHJs.
• Handle change orders, submittals, RFIs, material procurement, and project documentation.
• Track project financials including labor, equipment, and material costs and coordinate billing milestones with Finance.
• Support the Lead Technician in the field by removing blockers and keeping the project on track.
• Provide regular project status updates to the client and internal leadership.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Manager who enjoys being the person that keeps everything moving. You will guide projects from kickoff through closeout, serve as the primary point of contact for the client, and work closely with field teams and third-party contractors to deliver results. This is a role with real ownership over schedule, budget, and project outcomes. This is a hybrid position. You will be on-site when it matters and working remotely when appropriate.

What You Will Be Responsible For
