Responsibilities
Project Management

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Create detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of project managers.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, team meetings, and 1:1s.
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Allocate resources effectively based on project needs and priorities.

Process and Quality

• Implement and refine project management best practices and tools.
• Ensure project documentation, reports, and communications are up to standard.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance to ensure consistent delivery quality.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Team Leader in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
