Reach plc in the United States invites an ambitious Associate/Junior Project Manager to join our Product & Technology PMO. You'll work alongside experienced PMs, balance governance with hands-on small projects, and learn directly from senior practitioners.

You'll gain exposure to agile methods, ownership of lightweight initiatives, and opportunities to grow your PM skills while contributing to important digital products.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in project management, PMO, or operations in a tech environment.
• Remote Pro: comfortable working independently and across channels.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational habits and risk awareness.
• Tech & tool savvy: Google Workspace and SDLC understanding.
• PM certifications (bonus): CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation.

Responsabilités

• Lead lightweight projects end-to-end while maintaining scope, timelines and quality.
• Drive governance and accountability; maintain logs for decisions, actions, risks and issues.
• Produce clear stakeholder reporting and dashboards for senior leaders.

• 1+ Year of Experience: Hands-on exposure within a project management, PMO, or operations role (preferably within a technology-led environment or software function).
• Remote Pro: Comfortable managing your time independently, prioritising tasks in a busy environment, and collaborating virtually across multiple channels.
• Confident Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to deal with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Detail & Organisation: Exceptional organisational habits, high standards for data accuracy, and a proactive mindset; you flag risks before they become roadblocks.
• Tech & Tool Savvy: Practical experience with project management software familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and a foundational understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
• PM Certifications (Bonus!): CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent formal project management training is a plus!
