Language Bear Ltd. ищет опытного проджект-менеджера для управления проектами по контенту и переводу на разных языках.

Ваша задача — принимать заказы через внутреннюю платформу, планировать выполнение, формировать команду фрилансеров и обеспечивать соблюдение сроков и бюджета. В работе вы будете общаться с клиентами, готовя предложения и отчёты, участвовать во встречах и поддерживать международное взаимодействие.

Qualifications

• Опыт управления проектами в цифровой компании не менее 1 года.
• Свободное владение английским языком.
• Умение работать в условиях критического времени.
• Отличные письменные и устные коммуникационные навыки.
• Знание MS Word и MS Excel.
• Будет плюсом: Google Workspace; опыт работы с Jira/Trello/Asana/Monday.

Responsibilities

• Управление проектами по контент-генерации и переводу на разных языках.
• Приём заказов через внутреннюю платформу и согласование деталей с клиентами.
• Планирование выполнения заказов и настройка задач в платформе.
• Формирование и руководство командой фрилансеров и распределение задач.
• Следить за соответствием ожиданиям клиентов по ходу проекта.
• Подготовка propostas, временных рамок и бюджета.
• Контроль прогресса проекта и решение возникающих проблем.
• Обеспечение своевременной доставки задач и отчётность.
• Ежедневная отчетность Team Lead.
• Проведение ежемесячных встреч с клиентами по портфелю.

Language Bear is a 10-year-old content writing and translation company headquartered in Plovdiv, Bulgaria with secondary offices in the United States and Georgia. Supported by over 2000 linguists based all over the world, we offer 100+ languages and work with clients from 10 different industries. Our services help various digital businesses to improve their SEO rankings, bring organic traffic to their website and reach new markets in new languages.

Задачи:

• Manage content writing and translation projects in in various languages
• Receive orders from various clients in our internal platform and clear any details directly with them if needed
• Plan the execution of each order and setup the needed tasks and activities in our internal platform
• Create and manage a team of freelancers from our extensive freelancer database and distribute tasks and work packages
• Make certain that clients' needs are met as the project evolves
• Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
• Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise
• Ensure the timely delivery of all distributed tasks and work packages so the orders are delivered within the agreed deadlines
• Report daily to the Team Lead
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
• Conduct monthly meetings with all clients within your portfolio to resolve any existing or potential issues and plan future workloads

Требования:

• At least 1 year of experience in any form of project management for a digital company
• Fluency in English is a must
• Ability to work in a time-critical environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Будет плюсом: Google Workspace knowledge is a plus; Experience with any project management software (Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday, etc.) is a plus
