Job summary

KTek Resourcing is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs in a fixed-bid engagement model. The role oversees integrated planning, milestones, RAID, release governance, and financial management, coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.

You'll drive governance, status reporting, risk mitigation, change control, and transition activities, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and contractual commitments are met across

Qualifications

  • Experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs.
  • Proven ability to manage fixed-bid engagements with scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Strong governance, risk, and issue management (RAID).
  • Experience coordinating multiple suppliers and vendors.
  • Executive communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and technology delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the integrated project/program plan from initiation through delivery and closeout.
  • Define and track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Manage RAID throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain RACI matrices for clear ownership.
  • Manage projects under a fixed-bid/fixed-price delivery model, meeting scope, schedule, quality, and financial commitments.
  • Track project budgets, resource utilization, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, suppliers, and external vendors.
  • Manage release planning, release gates, readiness reviews, and production deployments.
  • Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and contractual requirements.
  • Drive governance meetings, status reviews, risk reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Identify risks and blockers and develop mitigation and escalation plans.
  • Manage changes and governance, coordinate closeout and knowledge transfer.
  • Prepare executive dashboards and project status reports.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs in a fixed-bid engagement model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrated project planning, milestone and dependency management, RAID management, release governance, financial tracking, supplier coordination, acceptance, closeout, and transition activities.

The candidate should have strong experience managing large technical programs involving multiple teams, stakeholders, vendors, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the integrated project/program plan from initiation through delivery and closeout.
  • Define and track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Manage RAID - Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain RACI matrices to ensure clear ownership and accountability.
  • Manage projects under a fixed-bid/fixed-price delivery model, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and financial commitments are met.
  • Track project budgets, resource utilization, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
  • Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, suppliers, and external vendors.
  • Manage release planning, release gates, readiness reviews, and production deployment activities.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria and contractual requirements.
  • Drive project governance meetings, status reviews, risk reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Identify project risks and blockers and develop appropriate mitigation and escalation plans.
  • Manage project changes and ensure proper change control and governance.
  • Coordinate project closeout, knowledge transfer, operational handover, and transition activities.
  • Prepare and communicate executive-level dashboards and project status reports.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager.
  • Strong integrated project planning and program governance experience.
  • Hands-on experience with RAID and RACI management.
  • Strong experience managing fixed-bid / fixed-price projects.
  • Experience with release management and release governance.
  • Strong financial tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple suppliers, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing project dependencies, risks, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong understanding of the complete SDLC and technology delivery lifecycle.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Background

Candidates with experience managing large-scale banking, financial services, or enterprise technology transformation programs will be preferred.
