Job summary

Privacypillar is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives from initiation to production release. You will manage a 10-15 member team including remote offshore resources, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include weekly status reporting, dashboards, vendor liaison, and ensuring quality across deliverables. You will assist in cost-benefit analyses, RFPs, requirements gathering, and solutioning in a fast-moving digital transformation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing end to end project for a team size of 5-6 members.
• 2+ years creating and maintaining project documentation (charter, plan, req doc, comm plan, test plan, release plan, tech specs).
• 2+ years handling digital transformation projects, automation projects, legacy modernization, etc.
• 4+ years direct customer and/ product owner communication.
• Experience in handling support services.
• Experience in managing infra requirements.
• Experience in SCRUM setup, aware about the ceremonies.
• Strong process orientation, structured and well organized.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; handling escalations.
• Strong interpersonal, team management and leadership skills.
