ProActivate is seeking a Project Manager in Irving, Texas for a hybrid role to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects from initiation to completion.

You will serve as the day-to-day owner of project execution, working cross-functionally with internal teams, brand leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to keep milestones, scope, and deliverables aligned.

Base salary ranges from $68,000 to $78,000 per year, depending on experience and skill level.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain schedules with key milestones for all deliverables.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and internal review for all team members.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for assigned projects.
• Drive projects from initiation through execution and completion.
• Track tasks, deadlines, requirements, decisions, and deliverables.
• Help lead weekly status meetings.
• Coordinate changes to timelines and communicate their impact to all team members.
• Identify schedule risks and delays before they impact critical deadlines.
• Maintain organized and accurate project documentation through status sheets and project management tools.
• Escalate significant schedule concerns to the Director when necessary.
• Proactively identify project risks, issues and potential roadblocks.
• Follow up with project owners to ensure commitments are completed.
• Ensure required approvals, decisions, deliverables, and changes are documented.
• Monitor resource constraints that could affect project delivery.
• Escalate competing priorities or bandwidth concerns when they cannot be resolved within the project team.
• Capture lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
• Base =$68K - 78K base (dependent on experience/skill level)

Our client is a growing national organization that provides commercial HVAC equipment, technical services, aftermarket support, and rental solutions through a network of industry-leading companies.

Location: Irving, Texas- hybrid role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully delivering assigned projects from initiation through completion. Reporting to the Director of Project Management/Operations, this role serves as the day-to-day owner of project execution, ensuring teams remain aligned on scope, schedule, responsibilities, risks and deliverables.

The Project Manager works cross-functionally with internal teams (including the agency team and each brand team), leadership, vendors, and other key team members to keep projects moving, identify and resolve obstacles, communicate status, and ensure committments are met.
