Job summary

CDW is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment. • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience supporting infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, or enterprise technology projects.
• Experience managing Intune, Jamf, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise security platforms.
• Proven success with project planning, risk management, budget tracking, implementation oversight, and operational handoffs.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple infrastructure and cybersecurity projects simultaneously, delivering on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, RAID logs, dependencies, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate upgrades, migrations, deployments, cloud initiatives, IAM, endpoint management, and security tool implementations.
• Partner with technical teams on design, implementation, testing, cutover, and operational readiness activities.
• Manage risks, resolve blockers, drive accountability, and communicate with technical and executive audiences.
• Coordinate vendors, global teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Project Manager – Infrastructure & Cybersecurity - Intune & Jamf

100% remote, working MST or PST Hours

1 year contract engagement, possible extension

CDW is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is responsible for driving projects from planning through execution and operational handoff while partnering with infrastructure, security, cloud, endpoint, and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple infrastructure and cybersecurity projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, RAID logs, dependencies, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate upgrades, migrations, deployments, cloud initiatives, identity and access management projects, endpoint management programs, and security tool implementations.
• Partner with technical teams on design, implementation, testing, cutover, and operational readiness activities.
• Manage risks, resolve blockers, drive accountability, and communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
• Coordinate vendors, global teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience supporting infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong experience managing complex technical initiatives involving Intune, Jamf, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management, networking, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise security platforms.
• Proven success with project planning, risk management, budget tracking, implementation oversight, and operational handoffs.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with infrastructure modernization, technology migrations, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Intune, Jamf, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, or vulnerability management platforms.
• PMP, CSM, Security+, CISSP, or similar certifications.
