A reputable construction company in the US is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience in project management particularly in the construction industry As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from start to finish This includes planning budgeting scheduling and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget You will also be responsible for communicating with clients and stakeholders as well as managing a team of contractors and subcontractors The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team You must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for ensuring that all project requirements are met In terms of qualifications we require at least a Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field However equivalent work experience will also be considered Proficiency in project management software is essential for this position
