Job summary

NextPartners in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee all phases of our projects. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise construction from start to finish, manage budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring safety and quality.

You will work with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with codes. The role demands leadership, clear communication, and a proven track record on large-scale builds.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Create detailed project plans including budgets, schedules and resources allocation.
  • Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors and other project personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure work is according to specifications.
  • Approve project invoices and manage budget expenses.
  • Prepare reports on project performance for senior management.

We are in need of an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in the US. As a Senior Construction Manager you will be responsible for planning coordinating and supervising all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve managing budgets schedules resources and ensuring quality standards are met.
