Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead automotive product development programs from concept through launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive planning and tracking, and ensure objectives around timing, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction are met.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, purchasing, manufacturing, and customer teams, providing functional leadership and managing stakeholder interests across a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development projects, ideally for customers in the automotive industry.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Experience working in a Global environment with remote teams using program management tools is a plus (MS Project, Quality tools, risk Planning & Assessment).
• Entrepreneurial skills and customer and process orientation.
