We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex. This is a high‑impact role overseeing essential municipal projects, including wastewater treatment plans, lift stations, pipelines, and underground utilities.

If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in delivering complex heavy civil construction projects safely, on time, and within budget, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on North Dallas communities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from pre‑construction through closeout for wastewater and utility projects.
  • Manage construction of wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), lift/pump stations, force mains & gravity sewer systems, water lines & storm drainage infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and equipment for complex civil projects.
  • Ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations (including TCEQ).
  • Serve as the primary client‑facing leader for municipalities, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Superintendents and field teams to ensure safe, high‑quality installation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to underground conditions, utility conflicts, environmental and permitting challenges, and manage contracts, change orders, and cost controls to protect project margins.
  • Lead project meetings, site visits, and performance reporting.
  • Drive successful project closeout (punch lists, as‑builts, turnover documentation).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction.
  • Strong background in water/wastewater and underground utility projects.
  • Proven experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects (WWTPs, pipelines, pump stations).
  • Solid understanding of excavation, trenching, shoring, pipeline installation & utility coordination.
  • Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment systems (highly preferred).
  • Experience with project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Primavera, Procore, or similar PM software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • OSHA certification (preferred).
