Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to support the growth of its municipal water practice across Texas. The role focuses on delivering complex infrastructure projects while maintaining a collaborative, people-first culture that values professional development and long-term career growth.

The ideal candidate will manage projects from planning through delivery, lead diverse teams, and drive client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering and project management.
  • Experience delivering municipal water, wastewater, treatment, conveyance, or utility infrastructure projects.
  • Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and technical teams.
