- Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through design and delivery.

- Support business development efforts, including client relationship management and proposal preparation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering and project management.
- Experience delivering municipal water, wastewater, treatment, conveyance, or utility infrastructure projects.
- Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
