Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare IT projects with a global, diverse team. You will act as the central point of contact, coordinate internal resources and vendors, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.

Required are a health/IT PM background, strong English communication, and collaboration skills for remote teams. Remote work with 10% travel, onboarding on-site, and US-based eligibility are noted.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health or Information Technology Project Management.
  • 4+ years of Health or Information Technology PM experience.
  • PMI PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of contact for the project, coordinating internal resources, client and third parties.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs with appropriate verification techniques.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and report results.

Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of four (4) years of equivalent experience in Health or Information Technology Project Management.ORHigh School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of six (6) years of equivalent experience in Health or Information Technology Project Management.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:5 years’ experience in Project Management in Health Information.Excellent client facing and internal communication skills using written and spoken English.Attention to detail and outstanding follow through.Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams.Excellent verbal, written, analytical problem solving and organizational skills.PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Knowledge of Solventum HIS products.Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and team members.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.Work location: RemoteTravel: 10% domesticRelocation Assistance: Not applicableMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
