Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design and planning meetings and recommend improvements when appropriate.
• Identify potential project challenges, technical issues and execution risks and help develop practical solutions.
• Develop and manage project schedules, team objectives, action items and critical milestones.
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders to keep workstreams aligned and projects moving forward.
• Monitor project progress, risks, expenses and deliverables and communicate concerns to project leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure records, plans and supporting materials are current, organized and properly stored.
• Prepare and review project correspondence, proposals, reports, meeting minutes, memoranda and status updates.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, objectives and priorities.
• Monitor project expenses and support cost-control and cost-saving initiatives.
• Travel occasionally to project sites to assist with initial turbine assessments and other project-specific activities.

This position will work closely with project managers, technical teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive plans addressing project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and risks.

Candidates with experience supporting construction, renewable energy, utilities, wind, solar or other infrastructure projects will be strongly preferred.
