Job summary

deugro (USA), Inc. in The Woodlands, TX seeks a Project Manager to lead complex project cargo executions and drive business development for global shipments. You will coordinate client and supplier communications, review contracts, manage finances, and prepare high-value proposals for tenders.

Responsibilities

• The implementation of a business development plan as well as direct management of all details of project executions under your assignment.
• Leading all communications with clients and suppliers.
• Contract reviewing, finance controlling, operation details management, integration of corporate functions into the project and report of results to management.
• Creating high added-value technical and commercial proposals as a reply to clients’ tenders for RFI and RFQ.
• Budget reporting and cash flow submittal to accounting department to ensure financing.
• Prepare and submit budget quotations/tenders.
• Prepare and perform surveys and fact-finding trips related to projects hereunder port, route, and equipment.
• Sourcing from international parties to get the most accurate services purchase pricing for internal and external purposes.
• Employing company tools such as CRM or TMS to gain maximum advantage from them.
• Attend exhibitions / fairs / seminars on request.
• Ensure and support quality implementation in the department.
