Job summary

Okland Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a CSA Project Manager to lead civil, structural, and architectural scopes on a large-scale data center project in the Houston, Texas area.

You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution with field teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance. Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years in commercial/industrial construction, strong leadership, and expertise in data centers or mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction experience considered.
• 7–10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience, including project management responsibilities on large-scale projects.
• Strong experience managing civil, structural, and architectural construction scopes, including concrete, structural steel, site development, and building envelope systems.
• Experience in data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing construction strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, cost forecasting, subcontractor contracts, procurement, and change orders.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, project documentation, quality control, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating CSA construction activities with MEP trades on complex projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and CPM schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of civil, structural, and architectural construction scopes.
• Collaborate with superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure activities align with requirements, schedules, and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, and contract requirements.
• Identify and resolve constructability challenges, design conflicts, and project risks to maintain progress and minimize disruptions.
