Pay:

$95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location:

This is an on-site role based in the Tampa, Florida area, with travel to project sites as needed. Note: Must have 4+ years of experience independently running commercial construction projects, including contract negotiation, financial management, scheduling, and estimating. Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization and no current or future sponsorship needs.

Job Description
  • Manage commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and overall execution
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships
  • Monitor project financials and keep projects on time and on budget
  • Coordinate with internal teams, architects, engineers, consultants, and field personnel
  • Review drawings, scopes, schedules, and project documentation to keep work moving efficiently
  • Conduct site visits, track progress, and proactively resolve issues
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure work is completed in compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations
  • Support a high‑accountability, solutions‑oriented project environment
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
  • Experience independently running projects with responsibility for contracts, budgets, scheduling, and estimating
  • Strong financial management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep projects on track
  • Proficiency with construction project management tools such as Procore and MS Project is strongly preferred
  • Ground‑up commercial construction experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Comfortable traveling to project sites as needed
