We are looking for a Staff Technical Project Manager to join our IT team based anywhere in the U.S., reporting to the senior manager of Technical Project Management. In this role, you will you will work closely with Product and Delivery teams on various applications in the IT portfolio. You will also partner with Product and Delivery Managers to drive system enhancement execution and overall adherence to IT operational processes. What you'll do:



  • Champion cross-functional strategic initiatives that align with enterprise objectives, acting as an "epic owner" across product, business, and technology domains

  • Define goals, success metrics, and delivery frameworks in collaboration with business and technical leaders and translate them into actionable workstreams

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and planning processes while driving a deeper product lifecycle and customer-centric mindset within project teams

  • Lead build vs. buy assessments, vendor evaluations, and solution scoping for new technology capabilities and tools

  • Actively challenge legacy processes and identify opportunities for reinvention and bring together subject matter experts to collaboratively create optimized future-state workflows

  • Partner closely with Product managers and functional leads to ensure epics/stories are value-focused, well-scoped, and tied to business outcomes

  • Build strong feedback loops with stakeholders through regular demos, retrospectives, and reporting tailored to executive and operational audiences

  • Use data and analytics to assess delivery health, track business impact, and inform decision-making at all levels of the organization

  • Maintain full transparency in project and portfolio tracking tools such as Jira, TargetProcess, and VersionOne, ensuring alignment across initiatives and teams

  • Mentor others in the TPM function, modeling consultative behavior, strategic thinking, and systems-level awareness


What you'll bring:



  • 12+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs with measurable strategic outcomes

  • A strong blend of project execution expertise and product-centric thinking, including experience defining business cases, OKRs, and user outcomes

  • Advanced facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, especially during ambiguity or change

  • Deep proficiency with Agile methodologies such as Lean Portfolio Management and Value Stream Mapping, Planning; certification preferred

  • Familiarity with enterprise tools like Jira, TargetProcess, Apptio, and modern collaboration environments such as, Microsoft 365 and Lucidchart

  • Proven ability to lead cross-pillar work, navigate matrixed orgs, and rally experts to solve complex business and technology problems

  • Analytical mindset and comfortable using metrics and data to inform decisions, measure value delivery, and drive continuous improvement

  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments where speed, scale, and innovation were key success factors

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience in strategic planning or product delivery is a plus

  • Demonstrated passion for transformation, systems thinking, and bridging operational execution with long-term vision

  • Regularly lead sessions that align technical teams and business stakeholders on vision, scope, and delivery approach

  • Proactively challenge legacy processes and champion improvement opportunities with measurable impact

  • Present initiative health, risks, and learnings in executive forums using data-rich, value-driven storytelling


After about a year, you will...



  • Drive one or more high-impact initiatives that deliver business value aligned to Infoblox's strategic goals

  • Act as an epic owner-sourcing, shaping, and leading execution across product, technology, and operational boundaries

  • Contribute to the evolution of TPM playbooks, templates, and processes that increase speed-to-value and enterprise alignment

  • Be viewed as a key leader in the CIO org's transformation toward scalable, insight-driven delivery

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our compensation philosophy. At Infoblox, we believe in paying for performance. You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position is $119,600 - $180,290 plus corporate bonus potential.
