Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Warehouse Solutions Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale warehouse infrastructure projects, from design through execution, across diverse industries. You will coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and drive on-time delivery.

This role requires at least 3 years in project management, hands-on experience with pallet rack installations, and strong stakeholder communication. Based in Surprise, AZ, with on-site responsibilities and room for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Experience with Warehouse Solutions such as pallet rack installation/teardown.
• Experience in project budgets and vendor management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, resources, timelines, costs, and project deliverables.
• Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring they deliver quality services on time.
• Oversee the implementation of warehouse solutions, including pallet racking system installation, rack teardown, permit management, etc.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with various teams and departments, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.
• Conduct post-project evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to plan and manage projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
