Quantum Technologies LLC in Staunton, VA is seeking a Project Management professional to formalize and oversee company-wide project processes. The role focuses on coordinating the development of the measurement system and ensuring timely reporting to leadership.

You will participate in planning, execution, and requirements gathering with the project leadership team, and prepare detailed weekly summaries for managers and customers, while collaborating with partners and vendors to meet milestones.

Responsabilités

• To formalize the project management processes that are already defined
• To refine it and coordinate the development of the measurement system
• Report monthly / weekly on the status of the projects running in the company
• Should be part of project planning, execution, and requirement gathering with the project leadership team.
• Provide detailed reports to higher-level managers /customers on a weekly basis to showcase the progress of the project.
• Work collaboratively with Partners/Vendors as per project requirements
• Setting up a timeline for milestones created as part of the project plan
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
