Job description

TechnoSmarts is seeking a Project Manager for a well-known Healthcare System. This is a 6-month, Right to Hire Position with a St. Louis, MO client and is REMOTE.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirements.
2. Assess skills and identify training needs of the project team.
3. Coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
4. Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, testing documentation, training, "warm handoff" and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
5. Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.

Licensure:

PMP certification required.

Experience:

Twelve years of relevant technical, business or clinical work experience.

Other Skills and Knowledge:

Experience with Agile as well as clinical, technology or patient care environment experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Education:

Master’s in Health Care/Administration or Project Management.

Licensure:

CSM or PgMP.
