Job summary

Excelsior Wellness is seeking a Project Manager to partner with the Chief Operating Officer to advance organizational priorities and cross-functional initiatives. You will coordinate projects, track timelines and deliverables, and prepare executive communications for leadership decision-making.

You will support operational planning, monitor progress, identify barriers, and help ensure accountability and execution across programs and departments in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or related field
• Minimum three (3) years of program management, project management, healthcare administration, operations, or related experience
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience developing reports, presentations, and executive-level communications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

The Project Manager supports the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to coordinate organization-wide initiatives, strategic priorities, and operational improvement projects. This role supports project planning, tracks timelines and deliverables, facilitates communication across departments, and provides progress updates to leadership. Working collaboratively with teams across the organization, the Project Manager helps maintain momentum on key initiatives, identifies barriers to success, and supports alignment, accountability, and execution of organizational goals. This position serves as a coordination and liaison role and does not have direct supervisory authority.
