Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects across the Charleston market. You will manage projects from award through completion, coordinating with superintendents, crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, documentation, and client communications, with a focus on delivering on-time, on-budget results for multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing or building envelope experience.
• Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen or metal roofing systems.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and project management skills.
• Confident leadership and client communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
