Job summary

RAS is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate, evaluate, and implement projects across the organization. The role focuses on cross-functional process improvement and data quality initiatives, requiring collaboration with stakeholders to deliver enterprise value.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PM experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This hybrid role is based in Sioux Falls, SD, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

We are a growing workers’ compensation insurance provider and are looking to add a Project Manager to our team. This role is responsible for the coordination, evaluation, and implementation of assigned projects, cross-functional process improvement, and data quality initiatives across the organization. This position will partner with key stakeholders to ensure the goals and objectives of projects and process improvement efforts are met and deliver enterprise value.

This position offers a hybrid work from home opportunity (3 days office/2 days home). The successful candidate must reside in the Sioux Falls, SD area.
