Job summary

Full Pipeline Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. The role emphasizes on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and clear stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in commercial construction management, a strong grasp of construction processes, and proficiency with industry PM tools such as Microsoft Project and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients to meet specifications and requirements.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs stay within approved limits.
• Review invoices, change orders, and other financial documents.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and delays.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure workmanship.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and provide regular updates.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the construction process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP or other relevant certification is a plus, NOT REQUIRED.

PAY

• $90-$130k + bonuses, equity, medical, life insurance, PTO etc.
