Summary

CLOOS Robotic Welding is a sales, engineering, and service subsidiary of a distinguished international robotic welding manufacturing company. We are actively seeking highly skilled candidates for the Project Manager position, requiring a strong background in manufacturing processes to lead and oversee complex welding automation projects. This role demands exceptional leadership and technical expertise to execute welding automation initiatives, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals. The Project Manager will also focus on continuous process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction with CLOOS Robotic Welding.

• Lead end-to-end robotic welding projects, including scope definition, planning, resource allocation, execution, and timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects or programs simultaneously, including travel nationally and internationally as required.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and service teams to drive continuous improvements, using all activities as inputs for future projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Create and maintain project schedules for all stakeholders throughout the project duration.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Conduct commercial review of contracts.
• Understand delivery incoterms.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve project process efficiency.
