Project Manager With Retail Lease Origination System (RLOS) - Remote

Be among the first 25 applicants. Act as a key contributor in the creation, development, and deployment of the Retail Lease Origination System (RLOS).

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying opportunities to improve all aspects of RLOS and the overall lending process, including understanding Opportunity to Credit flow and Commercial Lending Application to Contract flow.
• Understanding Pricing Programs, NPV calculations, Credit Ratings, scorecards, Rate Cards maintenance, Retail and Lease Contract Agreements, Dealer/Vendor agreements, Financial products, and Residual Values in the lending and finance industry.
• Developing and maintaining RLOS interface with third-party vendors.
• Assisting in designing training materials and providing ongoing staff training for new RLOS products.
• Configuring, communicating, and maintaining reporting systems for RLOS, including dashboards for leadership and reporting needs for business users.
• Interpreting data, analyzing results, and identifying strategies to optimize efficiency and quality.
