We’re looking to hire a Project Manager for an American Pharmaceutical Company.

You’ll join the Digital Lab Interactive Visual Aid Team to create and route Creative & Marketing Content for HCP Marketing Teams across the Enterprise.

• This is a 12 month + opportunity.
• 40 hours per week.
• The role is fully remote for our client based in IL.
• Hourly Pay: $51hr.

• Adobe Experience Manager Authoring
• Veeva CRM (a customer relationship management application specifically designed for the life sciences & pharma industry).

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal or external agencies for design files that need updating.
• Serve as the Project Manager for routing marketing content through the Material Review Process via the Veeva's Closed Loop Marketing Tool before handoff to the Marketing and Sales Teams. FYI - Veeva's Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) functionality allows commercial and medical reps to engage with HCPs and Key Opinion Leaders using compelling visual content hosted in Veeva Vault.
• Create and maintain an inventory of components and template types across the enterprise enabling broad use of successful functionality, layouts, etc.
• Participate in feedback sessions to gain exposure to other advertising agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Business or Marketing.
• 5+ years experience with the Veeva CRM Tool creating, building, and executing Integrated Visual Augmentation Systems.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Assets Tools.
• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong client service and project management skills; must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.
• Excellent writing, grammatical, and proofing skills.
• Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.
