Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-priority strategic initiatives across multiple business functions. Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, executive presence, and experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and change management efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Studies or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise project management experience.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and sponsors.
  • Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout lifecycles.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes.
  • Track project costs and ensure budget compliance.
  • Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
