Job summary

Sunstall Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead utility infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholders while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate internal teams, contractors, and vendors, develop plans and forecasts, review designs and permits, run meetings, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in utilities/infrastructure preferred.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contractor performance.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage utility infrastructure projects through full lifecycle.
  • Develop plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Review engineering designs, construction plans, permits, and specifications.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status reports.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, and procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and utility regulations.
  • Support capital planning and budgeting activities.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons-learned processes.

RequiredQualifications
Education

Experience
  • 5+yearsofprojectmanagementexperience.
  • Experiencewithinutilities,infrastructure,construction,water,orrelatedindustriespreferred.
  • Provenexperiencemanagingprojectbudgets,schedules,andcontractorperformance.
