Role Description

The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sarasota, FL. This role is responsible for overseeing luxury residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring job site progress, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves reviewing plans and specifications, tracking project documentation, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
