Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and specifications.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project expenses and financial performance; address budget changes.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize costs.
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and motivate project teams including construction crews and support staff.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project duration.
• Provide regular progress updates and address questions or concerns.
• Identify risks and develop strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Monitor projects closely and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Primary Duties:

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and specifications
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Monitor project expenses and financial performance, identifying and addressing any changes in the budget
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project costs
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Lead and motivate project teams, including construction crews, subcontractors, and support staff
• Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues
• Serve as the primary point for clients throughout the duration of the project
• Provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any questions or concerns
• Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project delivery or performance

Experience & Skills:

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires frequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs in/around construction site, apartment homes, models, and properties
• This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions (to include but limited to, rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet), around hazardous chemicals, dust, dirt, and other particulates
• Must have the ability to read and comprehend large quantities of information, operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry up to 60 lbs. independently
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about office setting
• To perform other duties as required
