Job summary

raise consulting seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion in the San Diego area.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, contracts, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and teams, while ensuring HCAI/OSHPD compliance and high quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Minimum 4 years of HCAI/OSHPD project experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction, regulatory requirements, and project documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
