Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or 10 years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of construction experience in PM, estimating, project pursuits, or business development.
• OSHA 10-hour and First Aid certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel overnight to project sites and a valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: CPC, LEED AP, CHC, or ASHE certification.
