Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single‑discipline projects or large, routine projects. The role will also directly support the Senior Project Management team on large‑scale projects.
• Actively participate in project pursuits and develop project scope.
• Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance.
• Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents in conjunction with multidisciplinary staff.
• Develop, maintain, and update engineering schedules and spending plans; track progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure work is completed within approved schedule and cost parameters.
• Facilitate or participate in project reviews in collaboration with accounting and technical team management.
• Provide project management services as a staff‑augmented resource, operating as part of the client’s day‑to‑day project team.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7 years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams, with excellent organizational, project management and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Commitment to actively participate in an employee‑owned culture.
