Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Utah. You will review specifications and drawings, define subcontractor scopes, prepare estimates, and manage budgets to ensure on‑time completion.

Responsibilities include evaluating bids, administering subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders, and preparing payment applications using AIA documents. Strong communication with clients and trades is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of the construction process.
• Experience reviewing project specifications, drawings and creating subcontractors' scope of work.
• Familiarity with estimating, budgets, procurement, and change management.

• Provide leadership and motivation to the project team.
• Prepare and submit submittal and close out documentation.
• Utilize scheduling software with the Superintendent to update the project schedule.
• Coordinate occupancy-related requirements with authorities.

• Effectively communicate and maintain relationships with Clients, Management, Superintendents, Subcontractors, Vendors, and other trades to ensure project schedule and budget are met
• Provide leadership and motivation to the project team
• Timely prepare and submit all submittal and close out documentation
• Utilizing the scheduling software and with the assistance of the Superintendent, prepare and update the project schedule
• Collaboration with the Superintendent regarding construction activities including understanding and coordinating Certificate of Occupancy requirements with the appropriate authorities

Qualifications:

• 5 + years construction experience as a Project Manager
• A degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management is preferable but not required.
• Familiarity with all aspects of the building construction process including construction law, contract and subcontract administration, scheduling, accounting, verbal and written communication, estimating, purchasing, and management/human resources.
