Job summary

Curtiss-Wright in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Project Manager to oversee small to mid-sized projects and definable portions of larger programs. You will plan, initiate, and drive initiatives aligned with contract requirements and company guidelines, while maintaining detailed schedules and cost controls.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and the ability to manage multiple projects onsite in Round Rock.

  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • Must be a US Person with strong communication skills.

Our Round Rock, TX business unit growing! As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of relatively small to mid-sized projects or a definable portion of larger projects in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Salary Information: $133,000 - $145,200 annually

Your Challenge

Plans, initiates and manages small to mid-sized projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards. Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core projects.


Develops and maintains detailed project plans and timelines while maintaining resources effectively.


Communicates regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and issues. Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative and practical ways.


Conducts project reviews and adapts strategies as needed to respond to changing requirements.


Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and project management best practices.


What You Bring


  • Must be a US Person.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, project management, or a related field preferred.

  • 7+ years' of relevant project management experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of MS Office.
