Job summary

Centurion Selection, LLC, a trusted glazing and building envelope contractor serving the Washington, DC metro area, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex glazing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will coordinate with owners, GC, architects and suppliers, manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedules using Bluebeam and MS Office, and mentor junior staff while ensuring safety and quality across all sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for commercial glazing or building envelope.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of glazing systems and industry regulations.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship available for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial glazing and building envelope projects from contract award through closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and drive proactive solutions to keep work on track.
• Oversee procurement of materials and fabrication schedules; ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct or participate in project meetings, site visits, and progress reviews; maintain clear communication.
• Ensure all work complies with codes, standards, and contract requirements.
• Mentor and support project coordinators or engineers on the team.

• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and drive proactive solutions to keep work on track.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or Project Manager, with commercial glazing or building envelope experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam is required; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, performance standards, and glazing systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employer is willing to sponsor eligible candidates.
