Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in New Jersey to oversee multiple construction projects from kickoff to closeout. You will act as the primary contact for clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders, driving on-time delivery while managing schedules and budgets.

Requirements include 7+ years in electrical PM, deep knowledge of electrical systems, and a track record of handling multiple projects with changing priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience within electrical construction or related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to develop proposals, manage change orders, and resolve complex project challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, documentation, submittals, and change orders.
• Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress, resolve issues, and support field teams.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review estimates, develop proposals, and assist with pricing for change orders when needed.
• Oversee municipal and government service contracts while ensuring compliance with project specs.
• Lead project execution with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from award through closeout while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders. You'll manage project execution, coordinate schedules, review submittals, oversee change orders, conduct job site visits, and ensure successful project delivery while helping support the company's continued growth.
