Job summary

Jobsoid Inc. in Reston, VA is seeking a Project Manager to own delivery of one or more program workstreams within a U.S. federal technology modernization program.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, and deliverables, coordinating multiple Agile teams and reporting to the Program Manager and client stakeholders. The role requires 7+ years of IT project management experience, experience leading 50+ person teams, strong communication, and the ability to obtain and maintain

• Produce status reports, metrics, and forecasts for the Program Manager and client stakeholders, leveraging AI-assisted reporting.
• Manage onboarding, badging, and resource assignments for workstream staff.
• Ensure deliverables meet federal quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate UAT, release readiness, and deployment activities with client counterparts.
• Support contract deliverable preparation and acceptance.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager owns delivery of one or more program workstreams during Phase 2. This role is responsible for managing workstream schedule, budget, staffing, risks, and deliverables; coordinating multiple Agile teams; and reporting delivery performance to the Program Manager and client stakeholders. The Project Manager will also use AI-assisted planning and reporting tools as a standard part of program operations.

Key Responsibilities:
