Are you passionate about leading projects and teams to success? Are you looking for a dynamic, challenging, and rewarding career in the construction industry? We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in Commercial, Industrial, Education, Multi Family and Medical/Healthcare sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your skills and experience in managing complex construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Key responsibilities include

• Leading the planning and implementation of project
• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Developing full scale project plans and managing project budget
• Assembling and coordinating project staff
• Managing project resource allocation and scheduling
• Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Providing direction and support to project team
• Constantly monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Ensuring quality assurance and risk management
• Successfully completing project evaluations and assessment of results.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry. Other qualifications include

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing Commercial, Industrial, Education, Multi Family and Medical/Healthcare construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and understanding of construction laws and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
