Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Experience with public and/or private sector projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through construction and closeout.
• Oversee schedule, budget, quality, and safety across the project.
• Manage project financials, forecasting, pay applications and documentation.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers and owners.
• Handle subcontractor procurement, contracts, change orders and project docs.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks to ensure delivery.
• Collaborate with field teams to keep projects on schedule and budget.

Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Location: Raleigh, NC

Salary: $115,000–$145,000 base + vehicle + bonus + profit sharing

The Project Manager will join their commercial general building division, overseeing ground-up construction projects valued at up to $60M across both the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through construction and final closeout
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including schedule, budget, quality and safety
• Manage project financials, forecasting, pay applications and associated documentation
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers and owners throughout the project
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, change orders and project documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate closely with field teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Compensation & Benefits
