Responsibilities

Job description

This is a full-time, hybrid direct hire role located in Portland, OR.

Summary

Our client, a global experience design agency, specializes in creating immersive brand experiences that blend design, technology, and storytelling across physical spaces. The team partners with leading brands to develop thoughtful, high-impact environments and journey-based experiences that help solve business challenges and elevate how people connect with a brand.

This role is best suited for someone with a multidisciplinary background who is comfortable wearing many hats, shifting quickly between projects, and bringing a proactive, problem-solving mindset to a fast-moving team.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee assigned projects from concept to delivery, managing communication, schedules, budgets, and quality assurance throughout each phase.

You’ll partner with account teams and project leads to establish the SOW, build project plans, manage resourcing, and keep clients informed of scope, schedule, and budget changes. This includes coordinating across multiple internal teams, supporting varied project types, and adapting quickly as priorities shift.

You will also support proposals, coordinate vendors, facilitate meetings, monitor risks and change orders, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, with a multidisciplinary background
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once, including both greater multi-year efforts and smaller fast-moving assignments
  • Experience partnering with build and fabrication teams bridges the gap between digital concepts and physical production.
  • Passion for collaborative work across many teams, with a strong foundation in project planning, budget tracking, and client communication
  • Proficient in project scheduling and resource planning tools, with strong operational and organizational skills
  • Familiar with cross-functional workflows across marketing, software development, environmental design, and related disciplines
  • Skilled in collaborating with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders across different functions
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive, and comfortable anticipating team and client needs
Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Background in project management, environmental design, marketing communications, software development, or related disciplines.
